Titan Energy New England has an immediate opening for a Director of Energy Efficiency Services in its Hartford, CT headquarters. Titan Energy is seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious professional interested in a high upside growth opportunity with an industry-leading energy consultancy. The Director of Energy Efficiency Services will report directly to the General Manager of Titan’s energy efficiency division.
- Work closely with Titan sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, develop customer recommendations and provide sales support for energy efficiency projects
- Analyze energy bills, historical energy usage, construction documents and other facility information
- Complete customer site audits to develop lighting, HVAC and other energy efficiency recommendations
- Create customer proposals, which will include accurate and concise energy savings and cost-benefit analyses
- Coordinate with local utility companies to maximize project incentives available to customers
- Manage project execution in accordance with local, state and federal laws, including selection of equipment and vendors as well as coordination with project tradespeople, building managers and utility companies
- Aide in the development of current and future Titan strategic initiatives
- Represent Titan at various conferences, trade shows, press interviews, and other company events
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience with an energy service company, utility or energy consulting firm
- In depth knowledge of efficiency initiatives available for commercial and municipal customers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly effective communicator and project manager
- Demonstrated ability to condense technical, business related information in a straightforward, concise manner
- Additional consideration given for general knowledge of deregulated electricity and natural gas markets
